Summer Reading and Learning Opportunities

 

Greeting MP Students and Families,

There are many amazing summer reading and learning programs in Shoreline and Seattle. And they’re free!

 The list below includes descriptions of some of them.

 

King County Library System (www.kcls.org)

~This year’s theme is “Reading Rocks”.

~There are also STEM and reading activities at many of the branches throughout the summer. Visit their website to learn more.

~There are fun prizes, too! Tickets to Seattle Storm basketball games for everyone, and a chance to win Seahawks tickets.

~KCLS also has a summer reading program for middle school students.

~Make sure your child has a KCLS library card.
