Background Check
Volunteering for elementary or middle schools in the Shoreline School District requires this form and a copy of your photo ID. Student ID will suffice.
During the school year, turn in to the Shorewood Front Office at least two weeks before you want to start volunteering at a Shoreline elementary or middle school. In the summer, turn it in as directed by the event organizer. This form must be completed every school year.
