State Coronavirus Hotline

Hotline answers questions on topics like mass gatherings and other general questions. Use this hotline for calls about coronavirus, don't use the King County hotline or city info lines. The state call center (as well as Public Health’s) cannot access testing results. For testing inquiries or results, the public should contact their healthcare provider.

CHAP (Community Health Access Program)

Serving King County residents who would like to see a doctor but don’t have one. CHAP can connect people to free or low-cost medical providers and also assist with enrolling people in public or low-cost health insurance. The services are free and confidential.
