Brookside 2022 Auction- Save the Date and Help Make it Great!
Save the date for your annual Brookside Auction
When: May 7th, 2022
Where: Shoreline Community College
What: this (currently in person, COVID19 cautious gala event is our biggest fundraiser and community gathering of the year. Please join us to help plan it and make it an event to remember.
We need folks, (yes, you!) to join the following committees- Sign Up Here to attend the auction committee meeting- Thursday Jan 27th at 7:00pm
- Procurement: reach out to local businesses and Brookside families to get cool auction items donated
- Theme: decide on a theme for the event and design the decorations
- Catering & Drinks: select a caterer, choose the menu and procure drinks
- Art Committee: work with classroom teachers to get classroom art for the auction
