Restore Shoreline Parks, various locations & dates

Need volunteer hours? Like nature? Need a letter of recommendation? Want to learn about our region’s native plants? The City of Shoreline, WNPS (Washington Native Plant Society), King Conservation District, and citizens just like you are collaborating to restore our neighborhood parks!

Volunteer hour requirements met with instant gratification sessions of digging in the dirt, pulling up invasive plants, and restoring native habitat. Grab your iPod, a few friends, or come solo, everyone is invited.

Learn from Master Native Plant Stewards about this region's species. Post a selfie! Become a native plant expert and impress your peers! We focus on native plant restoration and invasive species removal.  Sessions vary by park and day. Contact a park near you for more information, or see the Community Service Events page for scheduled work parties.

Note:  A City of Shoreline permission form is required for volunteers under 18.
