Shorewood Transcript Release/ FERPA Waiver
Every Shorewood Senior intending to apply to college (any kind of college, anytime this school year) must fill out this electronic form.
If the student is 18, the student can fill out & sign the form.
If the student is not yet 18, a parent/ guardian must fill out and sign.
