Be a Digital Mentor for Senior Citizens

Help Senior Citizens Learn How to Use Computers & Digital Tools!

Check out Seattle-King County Cyber-Seniors! We offer meaningful service-learning opportunities for young people by supporting and training them to act as digital mentors for senior citizens.

Learn more: Here is a link to a YouTube trailer- for the Cyber-Seniors documentary film.

Cyber-Seniors International was founded by teens and is currently in leadership by those same young people (which is an awesome inspiration for high schoolers thinking about social entrepreneurship).

Training for students is available, along with an international community of volunteers. Lots of great learning outcomes and professional development opportunities in customer service, technology, and human services.

Volunteers are currently working remotely; Cyber Seniors has lessons, training videos and support. Tech sessions with seniors are 45 minutes and set up by the student with information provided by Cyber Seniors. Volunteers are required to use the secured phone number provided when contacting seniors. The program may be a bit confusing when students initially sign up, so please contact the program lead by text, email, or phone:
