Randi Seaberg has been selected to serve as Director of Human Resources for Classified Staff beginning in the 2023-24 school year, Superintendent Susana Reyes announced. Before joining the Everett School District in administration, Randi taught Special Education at Lake Forest Park Elementary School from 1996 to 2000. She then went on to serve as Assistant Principal, Special Education Director, and Director of Human Resources with Everett Schools.

“I began my career in education in the Shoreline School District and am thrilled to be returning to serve the staff, students, and community of Shoreline,” says Randi. “It truly feels like coming home.”

A native of Colorado, Randi shares that she loves to do things outdoors with family, work in the garden, and travel during school breaks. Randi has worked as an adaptive ski instructor, as a wilderness river guide, and aboard a commercial fishing vessel in the Bering Sea of Alaska before finding her love for public education.

“Randi brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in certificated and classified staffing, including collective bargaining, human resources systems, recruitment, and hiring processes within public education,” says Superintendent Reyes. “We are excited to welcome Randi back to the Shoreline Schools family.”
