I hope you are well during these unique times. As your P.E. Teacher I want you to make sure to get at least one hour of exercise each day. Exercise helps us physically and also emotionally. Regular exercise can also help you get the sleep you need.
Exercise comes in many forms and can be done when it fits best into your daily schedule. Activities such as stretching, running, walking and strenth exercises can do a lot for you in normal times and make a huge diference in times like these. Please make sure you talk to the adults in your life about what is appropriate for you and your family.
