Cultural booths will be in the cafe with students and families sharing about their heritage. Artwork will be on display throughout our building with each grade or classroom celebrating an artist or culture from around the world. Have traditional clothing from your heritage? Be sure to wear it on this evening of celebration.

Would you be willing to share food, art, games etc.  from your family culture or heritage? Contact Kiersten Holm at syreptapresident@gmail.com to sign up!

Families can set up their table at 6:00pm to share their culture (clothing, art, pictures, games, food, etc..) or simply come to see the childrens’ art work and learn more about amazing our community.

Wrapping Paper and Gifts Fundraiser Going on Now!

Get a head start on your holiday shopping with gifts and then wrap them up with beautiful gift wrap from the exciting Camp Orkila fundraiser going on now!

Syre has partnered a with local company, Northwest Fundraising, to sell gift wrap and other holiday/gift items.  Catalogs were sent home last week and extras are in the office. The Syre Orkila camp fund will get 50% of the gift wrap sales, and 40% of other gift items. We hope this will be a huge boost to the camp funds, as we work to send the 5th and 6th graders to camp in the Spring!
