  • Fantastic Author visit for K-2

Julie Fogliano and Christian Robinson visited K-2 last week and it was awesome! We learned what inspired them and their process for illustrating and writing. Julie read us their latest story, Just in Case You Want to Fly, and Christian played a rhyming game. Thank you to Secret Garden Books for such an amazing visit.

  • Welcome to a new year!

We are so excited to start the year in a new building! Good news is the library is a wonderful space filled with light, comfy reading spots, and work stations. The bad news is...it's not quite ready. Construction is working hard to get our space done as soon as possible. In the meantime the library will come to you! Librarian Ms. Workman will visit classrooms to read stories, sing songs, explore what kind of readers we are, complete art work, write stories, and learn some cool technology. In place of books students can order from book orders, request books from the public library, or access ebooks on their devices. Welcome to a new year!
