2022-2023 Early Learning Registration Required Documents

• Required documents include birth certificate/passport, medically certified immunizations, & proof of residency (e.g. utility bill, lease agreement, mortgage statement, property tax statement)
• Families will be sent links to online registration forms if offered a spot in one of our programs.
