Hang Time and After-School Activity Information – We will once again be offering “Hang Time,” our extensive after-school activity program. This is a joint venture staffed by Kellogg, the City of Shoreline, and the YMCA. Hang Time will begin on October 5, 2021, and meets every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:10 – 5:00 PM. On Wednesdays, there will be early release Hang Time right after school. To participate in Hang Time and any other after-school clubs or activities students must have submitted a completed Hang Time Registration form and have paid the ASB (Associated Student Body) fee. The ASB funds these clubs, activities, and sports. In order to support these programs, students are required to purchase an ASB card if participating in activities. Scholarships are available, see your students Counselor.
Clubs – Hang Time will offer a variety of clubs throughout the year. Some of the clubs include Japanese, Sports, Homework, D & D, Magic the Gathering, Ping Pong, Art, etc. A Club Calendar will be sent out monthly.
After-School Activity/Athletic Transportation – Activity buses will be available regularly Tuesday, October 5th, to transport students home that are participating in extracurricular activities (Hang Time & Athletics). These buses are for athletes or students signed in through Hang Time ONLY!
