    3:00-5:00pm

    Other training opportunities:

    • Weight room is open M-F before School (6:45am-7:45am) these morning sessions are not required practices. 
    • Home workouts including push-ups, sit ups and stance work. 
    • Occasional Stair runs and cross fit workouts.
