    Boys Tennis

    Boys Tennis won the WESCO South Team Championship 10-0

    Shorewood Boys Tennis players win the District I Tennis Team Title; Gunnar Thorstenson won the Singles title, Andrew Counter and Steven Lin won the Doubles title.

    Steven and Andrew are Herald Athletes of the Week for their outstanding performance at District I Tennis.

    Varsity 2nd in 3A WESCO South, JV 3rd in 3A WESCO South

    First Team All Wesco: Reed Adjibly and Jose Luis Gandara

    Districts Boys Team 5th: State Qualifiers: Ben Heagler (18th) and Lucas Kleya (4th)

    WIAA Athlete of the Week: Stefan Mueller

    Girls Cross Country

    Varsity 2nd in 3A WESCO South, JV 1st in 3A WESCO South

    First Team All Wesco: Ellie Shoop and Samantha Lee

    Districts Girls Team 6th: State Qualifier: Eileen Beres (19th

    Volleyball

    Won a playin game against Everett 3-0 to secure a spot in the District Playoffs

    Played two tough teams lost to Stanwood 0-3 and Arlington 2-3 

    Second Team All Wesco: Claira Petit

    Honorable Mention:  Kaitlyn Amundsen, Amber Langlois and Haley Osborn

    Girls Swim/Dive

    Shorewood had a lot of girls qualify for the District Chanpionships, we placed 5th at Districts as a team.

    Girls Soccer

    Played tough all season, missing the playoffs this season.

    Second Team All Wesco: Delaney Green

    Honorable Mention: Grace Kamila, Jessie Wymer and Shay Mertel

    Football

    Three win season, played hard and had a lot of close games. 

    Honorable Mention Wesco:  Colin Anderson, Robert Banks, Brandon Main, Levi Williams, and Tres Zeigler 

     

       

    In order to participate in practices, athletes need to turn in all paperwork to the SW Business Office.  Packets available at SW Business Office or online.

    When Should Students Register? NCAA

    Students may register at any time, but we recommend during their sophomore year. The registration website is www.eligibilitycenter.org. The NCAA Eligibility Center will evaluate a student’s academic credentials once this information has been received, and the student has had his/her status requested by an NCAA member institution:

     Completed online registration;

     Fee payment;

     SAT and/or ACT test score on file from the respective testing agency; and

     Transcript(s) from all schools or programs attended.

    Be sure to let your School Counselor know that you are a college-bound athlete so that we can help you with your planning and NCAA eligibility!
