Ingrid Nyberg 

Hello!  My name is Ingrid Nyberg and I live in Shoreline with my husband (Mr. Harrington) and two children Freya and Viggo. I'm entering my 13th year of teaching and absolutely love what I do. Over my thirteen years I've taught first grade, Kindergarten, and Title/LAP.  Instilling a love for reading while fostering my students individuality and personality is my main goal.  Using a variety of strategies and engaging curriculum, it is my hope that students will come away motivated, eager to read, and working to their full potential! Lynn Gardiner

My husband and I and our two sons have loved living in LFP for 15 years now.  We moved here when my college Sophomore was starting Kindergarten! My youngest is now a Shorecrest Scot, and I will always be grateful to Shoreline Schools for the education my sons have received.  I've been a Dolphin at LFP for 7 years, and am delighted to be working in the LAP room with Ms. Nyberg in my new role this year.  Through 27 years of teaching across all elementary grade levels, igniting students' love of reading and helping them to strengthen their voices in communication have always been my passions. I am delighted to have the opportunity to work with kids across the developmental continuum and in the area I love the most: literacy. I know catching students when they need an extra boost empowers them to move forward with strength and confidence in school and in life.  I am committed to securing that outcome for all kids!
