    Hello, my name is Ms. Carrie Misener and I'm excited to be working with you in third grade this year. 
     
    This is my 28th year of teaching and I feel fortunate to be working at Brookside Elementary.
     
    I'm a Washington native and in my free time I enjoy spending time with my 5 nieces and nephews, swimming, walking and relaxing in my secret backyard garden. 
     
    I love surprise snow days, raise pet walking sticks in my classroom and love stars and zebra print.
     
    I am looking forward to a GREAT year!
