Back to School Event August 21, 2021 - Register by July 30
The Shoreline and Lake Forest Park Back to School Consortium is excited to hold its 20th Annual Back To School (BTS) Event on August 21 to support a successful start to the school year for our Pre-K - 12th-grade students.
Each year our community comes together by donating backpacks, school supplies, clothes, and hygiene products for this event. This year, the Back to School Consortium plans to provide support to over 1,000 Shoreline students!
If your family is in need of back-to-school supplies support, please register by July 30 at www.btsconsortium.org or call The WORKS information line at 206-393-4916 and leave a message.

Health Information Update
The Health Information form must be completed for all incoming 9th grade students and any student new to the district. For all other students, please only complete and return this form if you have new medical information to share with the nurse. If we do not receive this form, we will assume there are NO CHANGES to your/your child's medical status. Completed forms can be returned via email attachment (email@example.com) or fax (206-393-4711).
Immunization Letter to parents from the Department of Health
Please review the Department of Health Letter regarding Meningococcal Disease (MCV) and Human Papillomavirus (HPV).
Need a Dentist?
ICHS has a mobile dental clinic that comes to Shorewood High School once a month. This is a great opportunity for your student to obtain dental care! If interested, complete the registration and health history paperwork and return it to the school nurse.
