Getting comfortable with hand control - https://www.theartofcoachingvolleyball.com/getting-players-comfortable-with-hand-control/
NEW: Setting through a Hoop: Use a basketball hoop, a hula hoop, or a basket of some kind. Set a goal for 10 perfect sets into the designated hoop and track how many attempts it takes. KEY: Toss the ball high enough in the air so you have to move to the ball like you would during practice or a match. If done everyday, this gets you 1,000 extra reps each month!

Improving the 4-Step Approach - https://www.theartofcoachingvolleyball.com/cary-wallin-keys-to-improving-a-4-step-approach/
NEW: Attacking footwork can be done anywhere! Practice 20-30 reps daily, going full speed with your approach (yes, that includes your arms and FINISHING your swing through to your hip!).
Block Touch Challenge - https://www.theartofcoachingvolleyball.com/block-touch-challenge/
NEW: Garage Door Blocking: The height of a garage door is usually around 7 feet, which makes it very close to a women's volleyball net height. This is an easy tool to use to practice blocking footwork and hand position. Try 3 variations: STANDING BLOCK / SHUFFLE BLOCK / FULL BLOCK TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT SIDE (either swing or crossover steps).
