Follow these Steps to Complete your Application

Start HERE:  Read Duties of the Executive Committee excerpt from the Meridian Park Student Council Constitution.

Fill out the Application:Executive Committee Application . This will take some time.  Be sure you fill out both sections.  DUE Wednesday Oct. 2nd by the end of the school day.

Ask for the following recommendations.  Ask nicely, give THIS information sheet to those you are asking for recommendation. Recommendations are also DUE Oct. 2nd by the end of the school day.

Have your CURRENT TEACHER fill out the: Teacher Recommendation Form

Have your Parent/Guardian fill out the: Parent/Guardian Recommendation Form

Have a peer (fellow student) fill out the: Peer Recommendation Form

Then your application is complete!

We will notify all applicants of their status on Oct. 2nd.

Those who are selected need to attend a campaign planning meeting on 0ctober 4th @ 8 am in room 206.
