Hello Families! Welcome to the 2018-19 school year! My name is Mr. Bond and I will be your student's classroom teacher this year.

It is the end of the first week and we have gotten off to a fantastic start. Your students have been reviewing the school expectations and learning the routines in the classroom and out in the building.

A Few Minor things to note. We do snack each day in the afternoon. Students can eat leftover things from lunch as long as its not messy or needs to be reheated. If they don't have anything leftover from lunch then they can have something from our classroom snack cabinet. This is typically goldfish, pretzal, or string cheese. If you are able to send in snacks to share with the class, please do. We run through snacks pretty quickly here. As reminder all food being brought in to share in a classroom must adhere to the Shoreline School District's Food Policy.

September 6th is our school's curriculum night. This is where you can find out about what we will be doing this year. I am scheduled to have two presentation times, one at 6pm and one at 6:40. Each one will last 30 minute and then there is a 10 minute transition time between the two. I will go over what curriculum we will be using for all academic areas and social skills. I will also share with you what we do each day and how we can best communicate. At the end there will be some time for you to ask me any questions that you may have.

Finally, if you ever have any questions, comments or concerns,  please send me an email at connor.bond@shorelineschools.org. I always try to respend to emails within 24 hours of recieving them, unless it is the weekend.

Thank you for all that you do, and I look forward to having a fantastic year!

    Connor Bond
