  • Shoreline Schools Spotlight Tour of Central Kitchen on Feb. 28

    Join us on Friday, Feb. 28 for the first of a continuing series of community tours offering a behind-the-scenes look at Shoreline Public Schools’ programs and operations. Guests on this tour will learn about and tour our Central Kitchen facility and meet the staff who help prepare over 4,000 school meals each day. Registration is required.

  • Grades 6-12 Math Articulation Presentations on Jan. 16 and 22 Moved to Boardroom

    Join our Instruction Department for a Math Articulation Community Event on January 16 or 22 from 6-7 pm. Staff will share information on the articulation process (progression of learning objectives from grade level to grade level and course to course) for math in grades 6-12 and answer questions from the audience.

  • Educational Effectiveness Survey Presentations on Jan. 15 & 16

    Shoreline Public Schools will host two community meetings to present the results of district-wide family, staff and student surveys that were conducted in the fall. The meetings will be held on January 15 at 7 pm and January 16 at 10 am. Both meetings will be held in the Shoreline Center Board Room, 18560 1st Ave. NE.

This week of community evening events seeks to center Black voices, as well as celebrate and affirm our Black students and their families.

  • Parkwood Elementary Dedication Ceremony

    Parkwood Elementary opened their doors to the community and celebrated their new school’s dedication on November 19. The new Parkwood Elementary features a bright and open two-story design. Its 64,800 square feet of space is home to classrooms and flexible learning spaces designed to support diverse learning experiences, styles and needs.

  • Shorewood Girls Soccer Named Academic State Champions

    Shorewood Girls Soccer has been named the 3A Girls Soccer Academic State Champions by the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association. The team maintained an incredible 3.87 grade point average this season.
