Welcome to Teacher and Principal Evaluation in Shoreline!

Shoreline District is implementing the new teacher and principal evaluation system as designed by Washington State. For teachers, we have selected the Danielson Framework for Effective Teaching as our Instructional Framework in addition to the use of the Washington State Student Growth Rubrics. All classroom teachers will be evaluated on this new system. Instructional specialists, psychologists, counselors, speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, audiologists and other itinerant specialist staff will remain on the former evaluation system. School administrators are being evaluated on the AWSP Leadership Framework.

Teachers and administrators are using the eVAL tool to house evaluation information and to track observations. Click here for the eVAL (EDS) login link. Remember your username is your district email, and your password must contain a capital letter, number and special character.
