If you wish to homeschool, you will choose the curriculum and provide the instruction for your student.
1) For students age 8 and older, complete the Declaration of Intent to Provide Home-Based Instruction (see form below) and
2) If your student is currently enrolled in a Shoreline school, email the school registrar that you will be homeschooling.
You may return to public school at any time.
