Update on turning in Completed Registration Forms for 2020-2021 School Year
SW Classes of 2024, 2023, 2022 and 2021,
Thank you to the many of you whom have turned in your registration forms for next year. The Class of 2024 is winning the day with their tech savvy! If you have submitted your form you can accept our thanks and stop reading here.
If you have not submitted your form or are not sure if you have submitted your form, please read below.
Forms that have been turned in and are recorded in the Student Information System have been a marked as a completed assignment in Canvas. All of the forms that have been processed as of last Friday were checked off as complete over the weekend. New forms have come in that have yet to be processed. We may also have a stack of forms that came in prior to the school closure that need to be processed. If you think you turned your form in keep checking the assignment in Canvas.
We will also be in touch with individuals who need to turn in forms as the number becomes more manageable.
Effective tomorrow, Tuesday March 24th, the Shoreline Center will be closed to the public. We do not have a place for drop off of paper forms at this time.
If you have not submitted your forms you can do so in one of the following ways:
1. You can take a picture of your completed registration form and upload it to the assignment in Canvas. The form can be downloaded from the Shorewood website at https://www.shorelineschools.org/domain/866
2. You can download the attached form for your grade level, complete it, save it to your device and upload it to the assignment on Canvas.
3. You can email a picture, pdf or Excel copy of the complete form to Nancy Elder at email@example.com
Thank you as always for taking care of business.
As of March 13th: Turn in 2020-2021 Registration: School registration for the 2020-2021 school year was underway as we closed. If you turned in a paper registration form already, please disregard the rest of this note.
While registration and guidance is fresh in your minds, we would still like to collect student registration forms and course selection information. Gathering student requests and complete information in this regard will help us plan for re-opening and for the coming school year. Please follow public health guidelines as it regards your personal situation before going out in the community. Here are options for how to turn in your registration form:
1- All students have been given a “Canvas Assignment” in their Grad Year class in Canvas including a copy of the form. Students may send in their registration virtually by scanning or taking a clear picture of both sides of the form and submitting it on Canvas.
2- A drop box for paper registration forms for Shorewood High School has been placed in the lobby of the Shoreline Center at 18560 1st Ave. NE Shoreline, WA 98155 during regular business hours. The box will be available this week, March 16th-20th.
3- Students may scan or take a clear picture of both sides of the form and submitting it via e-mail to Assistant Principal, Nancy Elder: firstname.lastname@example.org
