Echo Lake Elementary, located in the northwestern portion of the Shoreline School District, has an enrollment of 400 students in grades K-6.
The school offers half-day and full-day kindergarten, as well as weekly physical education, music or integrated arts programs for all students. Instrumental music is offered to all fifth and sixth graders.
Echo Lake's diverse student population is supported by the English language learner (ELL) program. All families have access to an on-site speech and language pathologist, psychologist and family advocate.
The school is the demonstration site for technology integration in the district, which includes students using laptops as an integral learning tool.
