Briarcrest Elementary, located in the southeastern corner of the Shoreline School District, has an enrollment of 375 students in grades K-6.
The school, just north of the Seattle city limits, seeks to integrate technology into all aspects of the learning process. All students are encouraged to continually develop their technology skills, including word processing, manipulating graphics and the use of the Internet for research.
The school offers physical education classes and vocal music to all students, and an instrumental music program to fifth and sixth graders.
