Request to Distribute Information

To submit a request to distribute information please fill in the request form below. When you click on the "submit" button at the bottom of the on-line request form, your submission will be e-mailed to the Public Information Office of Shoreline Public Schools.
If you wish to distribute flyers, please FAX a copy to the Public Information Office at 206-361-4204 or email a copy of your flyer to:

REQUESTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL A COPY OF YOUR FLYER IS RECEIVED IN THE COMMUNITY RELATIONS OFFICE
If you wish to send us a submission for the school newsletters/bulletins be sure to type your information into the space provided below.
If you are a non-profit organization your request will be approved. If you are a for-profit organization your request will be denied. We will also deny your request if your organization provides psychological, behavioral, or medical-related assessments, screenings and services. If your organization is not obviously non-profit, please FAX proof of your non-profit status to 206-368-3399 when you submit your request.
When your request is approved your information will be forwarded to the schools via e-mail and you will receive a copy of that e-mail. When you receive that copy you will know that the schools will be expecting your flyers to arrive when indicated in your request. You may deliver your flyers directly to the schools or you may bring them to the Shoreline Center mailroom and we will distribute them through our inter-office mail delivery system. Please bundle your flyers in bunches of 20 – 25 and label them with the school building name. Once received by the schools your flyers will be made available at the schools in a central location (usually in an organizer rack near the main office.)
Please include the following statement on your flyers. “The Shoreline School District is providing information about this activity as a service to our families and students. This activity is NOT sponsored by the School District and the District assumes no responsibility for conduct or safety of the activity. In consideration for the privilege to distribute these materials, the School District shall be held harmless from any cause of action, claim, or petition filed in any court or administrative tribunal arising out of the distribution of these materials, including all costs, attorney’s fees, and judgments or awards.”
WE DO NOT SEND FLYERS HOME WITH STUDENTS
