Meridian Park to host classic car show Sunday, August 1
The Meridian Park PTSA will host the first Annual Shoreline Classic Car and Motorcycle Show to benefit Meridian Park Elementary on Sunday, August 1 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the school parking lot.
With room for over 250 classic cars and motorcycles the Meridian Park Elementary parking lot will turn into a day of nostalgia and fun. Lance Lambert, host of the internationally-syndicated Vintage Vehicle Show will be on hand to host the event. The Fabulous Hammers will play their own brand of 60's style Seattle music, and the legendary J.P. Patches, host of the longest-running locally produced chidren's show from 1958 to 1981, will be on hand to sign autographs and photo opportunities.
Free parking for spectators will be available next door at Aurora Church of Nazarene and Shoreline Children's Center. Cost is free for spectators. Entrance fee for classic cars is $20, $15 for motorcycles. For more information email: mpcarshow@live.com
