I am so please to be working here at the Shoreline Children’s Center as a music teacher. During music time the students will be using creative songs and international singing games to help develop their singing voices, sense of rhythm, and a steady beat. They will learn about different ways to move like galloping, skipping, jumping, walking, leaping, etc. They will also be using instruments to learn how to work as a team and as in individual.
As a student grows and learns, they carrying with them the skills and talents that they need to be successful later in life. My goal, as an educator, is to teach them songs, rhythm games, and creative dances that will help them transition to elementary school music class and other music experiences in the future.
