There are four criteria for posting quality writing lessons to the website:

1. Lessons must fit into the lesson format that was developed. Click here to view the lesson format in its entirety.

2. Teachers who submit lessons must have taught those lessons within their classrooms during the past two school years.

3. The students involved in the lesson need to meet the learning targets of the lesson.

4. The lesson must reflect the district writing philosophy statement.
