Students pre-register online between June 8-26. You must have the Student State Identification 10-digit number (SSID) to register.
After June 26th, students may register at the District Assessment office with Dianne Murray (206-361-4365) or after July 10th with the Summer WASL Coordinator, Rebecca Moreno (206-368-4704).
Students must report for testing by 8:00 a.m. at the Shoreline Center (south entrance - classroom wing). The testing schedule is as follows:
Reading - Monday, August 10
Part 1 - begins @ 8:30 a.m. - Part 2 begins at 1:00 p.m.
Mathematics - Tuesday, August 11
Part 1 - beings at 8:30 a.m. - Part 2 begins at 1:00 p.m.
Writing - Wednesday, August 12 (Day 1) and Thursday, August 13 (Day 2)
Must attend both days of writing
Students begin testing at 8:30 a.m. each day. If students are not finished by noon, they may return at 1:00 p.m. for transcription and editing
of final draft.
Students must bring the following on each testing day:
. Official school, government, driver's license picture ID (required)
. Calculators for Math testing if desired
. Bring or make arrangements for lunch (12:00-1:00) - nothing on site is available
Students will be released as soon as they have completed the testing.
