Dental Insurance
The Shoreline School District offers three different dental plans to benefit eligible employees. The informational summary below gives a brief explanation of covered benefits and costs.
Flex Plan
If you have set up a Flex Plan, tax-free reimbursement account, download the reimbursement form.
COBRA Insurance
If you are a Shoreline School District benefit eligible employee, or eligible dependent, and a qualifying event occurs causing you to lose insurance, you may qualify to self-pay and continue insurance through COBRA for a specific period of time.
