In the year 2000, the district adopted the concept of Incident Command to handle emergencies. Sine that time, the district has worked with police in the cities of Lake Forest Park and Shoreline and local fire departments to strengthen our collaborative response to emergencies. Every year all agency representatives review emergency procedures in a shared training session.
